Pearson Senior Product Training Administrator in Sweden

We are looking for a Senior Product Training Administrator to join the Pearson Training subdivision of Pearson Clinical. The Business Unit is focusing on the development of training courses, webinars, masterclasses and conferences under the Pearson brand name. The portfolio focuses on educating professionals on the correct application of clinical assessment and the interpretation of test results. The markets we serve are clinical psychologists, educational psychologists, speech and language therapists and all other professionals working in healthcare and education.

The training coordinator role in the Nordics is a new role, you will be responsible, together with the Training Manager, for building the presence of the Pearson training portfolio in the region.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall coordination of all activities of the Pearson training business in Sweden, Norway and Denmark

  • Drive, together with the Training Manager, the strategy to grow the training business in the Nordics

  • Develop and deploy the Training publication plan (short and long term), working alongside experts from the field

  • Work together with the Sales and Marketing team to deploy activities to grow the market share and revenue in the region

  • Take care of the organization of the face-to-face training sessions (f.e. booking conference rooms, planning with experts etc.)

  • Responsible for the registration, administration and invoicing process of the training products

  • Deployment of certificates and digital badges

Requirements:

  • Several years of relevant work experience in the training field or within an educational setting with responsibility for content development

  • Customer centric focus

  • Commercially driven with a focus on quality

  • Ability to identify trends and market patterns and translate these into risks and opportunities

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills

  • Strong communication skills (interaction with field experts and customers)

  • Agile and flexible
