About the role

As a Country Care HR Consultant, you’ll be the HR go-to for the BeNeLux region. You’ll combine deep knowledge of local legislation with a passion for creating a seamless employee journey. Partnering across HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, Finance, IT and Global People Care, you’ll solve problems, lead process improvements, and advise leaders with confidence.

This is not just about keeping things running — it’s about shaping HR locally while staying connected to a global network of peers across 18+ countries. You’ll bring a process architect mindset to simplify complexity, working hand in hand with shared services, global HCM systems, and emerging technologies/methodologies like RPA and AI to deliver consistent and efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the local HR subject matter expert, ensuring compliance and employee trust.

  • Turn global HR strategies into real, practical solutions in country.

  • Partner with Legal, HRBPs, and leaders on employee relations and legislative updates.

  • Drive simplification and digitization of HR processes, with a focus on process design, RPA, and AI-enabled improvements .

  • Resolve escalations by fixing root causes and improving processes sustainably.

  • Collaborate closely with shared services teams and leverage global HCM tools to support the employee lifecycle.

  • Manage local vendor relationships, contracts, and benefits programs.

  • Represent HR Country Care at the local leadership table, shaping policies and governance.

  • Share best practices and build connections across the global Country Care community.

What you bring

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong expertise in employee relations, benefits, and compliance .

  • Proven success working in a matrix environment and fast-paced industry .

  • Experience partnering with shared services and using global HCM systems.

  • Ability to simplify complex issues and deliver clear solutions with a process architect mindset.

  • Curiosity and openness to innovation, including RPA and AI in HR processes .

  • Comfort with change and a drive for innovation.

  • A problem-solving, people-first mindset that balances compliance with experience.
