Summary
The Test Administrator is responsible for administrating all aspects of the testing operations in
assigned test center of Pearson Professional Centers by providing high quality on-site service in
accordance with strict operational policies and procedures of the examination processes.

Minimum one year customer service experience required
Exposure in a testing environment strongly preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications required

Annual Pearson Professional Centers certification for Test Administrator required - Must pass re-certification annually
Primary Responsibilities
The Test Administrator position is responsible for providing secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment. In this position, you will be required to:
Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment
Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing
Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination
Schedule Requirements
Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Sunday through Thursday - however, candidates may have to work on a Friday or Saturday if demand requires it. The hours will normally be between 8:00AM and 8:00PM, although there may be occasions when shifts extend beyond 8:00PM according to client demand. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling.
This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, Minimum 15 hours per week , with an expectation to work more hours if needed.
