Pearson Assistant Business Solutions Manager in Hong Kong
Assistant Business Solutions Manager position actively drives sales and achieves sales target through seamless service process for the Pearson English language learning (ELL) Global products and solutions in Hong Kong particularly in the new business development. Main Responsibilities
Be responsible for supporting Pearson in new business development. (Printed and Assessment)
Promoting Pearson Global products to Hong Kong Secondary School and Hong Kong Primary School.
Provide efficiency sales services, such as, promotion activities, visits, pre-sale, after-sales service, order processing, etc.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up the adoptions from learning solution or marketing sources to drive a high level of satisfaction.
Optimize the customer experience in the sale process from onboarding like setting up relevant customer training/services.
Deliver the sales target through customer retention and actively look for upselling.
Provide internal assist to Deliver the solution to customers in various settings from onsite presentation to virtual meeting as requested.
Regularly study from other internal departments including Portfolio Management, Content Development and Marketing to grasp the product information and latest.
Fulfil other tasks assigned by leader.
Job Requirements
7 year working experience in sales role.
Undergraduate degree required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English.
Be conscientious, responsible, professional, and efficient. Solve problems in order of importance and urgency.
Preferable Experience in education industry.
