The Role: As a Senior Campaign Marketing Executive , you’ll develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow awareness, drive lead generation, and boost sales across our B2B (educators) and D2C (students) audiences. You’ll be instrumental in delivering high-impact campaigns for the UK and European markets while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and awareness.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies to deliver creative assets, campaign materials, and promotional activities.

  • Design and build campaign landing pages, email journeys, and web updates.

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce to optimize future strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain exceptional attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.

  • Strong copywriting, creative design skills, and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Pardot preferred).

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics like email, social, SEO, and paid media.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for learning and development.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in the Higher Education sector.

  • Fluency in Italian.
