About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Digital and Blended Learning Product Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of our digital and blended learning English learning solutions. This is your chance to shape how students around the world learn and grow!
As the Senior Digital and Blended Learning Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of learning products focused on English learning, within the Wizard Franchise brand. Working at the intersection of education, content, sales, technology, marketing, and user experience, you will collaborate closely with educators, engineers, academic, franchisees, teachers, students, designers, and marketers to create products that deliver measurable learning outcomes and delight users.
Key Responsibilities:
Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop a product roadmap based on the company’s mission, market research, and customer needs.
User-Centric Design: Collaborate with clients, users, UX/UI teams to create engaging, user-friendly learning experiences for students, teachers, franchisees, schools, and parents.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, performance data, and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness and engagement of digital and non digital products.
Content Integration: Work with curriculum designers and content developers to ensure that all offerings, including lessons, exercises, and gamified content align with language-learning objectives.
Agile Execution: Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and run Agile ceremonies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including content, sales, academic, engineering, marketing, and customer success, to drive product success and adoption.
Global Focus: Ensure that products are optimized for different regions and markets, considering language proficiency levels, cultural nuances, and local teaching methods.
Required skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a technology-related field (master's degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably in the areas of Education, EdTech, Language Learning, or SaaS.
Academic and learning knowledge: Proven experience in learning processes, classroom practices, and academic support, ensuring that product solutions are aligned with effective pedagogical and teaching strategies.
Product development: Proven experience in digital and non-digital learning product development, agile methodologies, and tools (Jira, Figma, Lucidchart).
Technology: Strong knowledge of APIs, mobile applications, and digital content delivery systems is required.Academic fundamentals: Practical knowledge of academic standards and content quality assurance is required.
Project and dependency management: Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders is required, with a strong ability to connect, align, and resolve interdependencies between teams, systems, and outcomes.
User research: Proven experience in conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.
Ability to deal with different student profiles (children, teenagers, adults).
Proven experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.), using insights to iterate and optimize products.
Ability to analyze and report KPIs, product ROI, and performance trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrate flexibility, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to respond quickly to manage emerging problems.
Fluent English (required).
Availability to attend the Pearson office in São Paulo (Barra Funda) 1 to 2 times per week.
Desirable Additional Skills:
Strong understanding of digital education products or online learning platforms.
Experience working with English language learning products or language assessment tools.
Knowledge of CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or other language proficiency standards.
Familiarity with gamified learning and adaptive learning technologies.
