Responsabilités

  • Le poste d'administrateur de tests est chargé de fournir un examen sécurisé et un service client de qualité supérieure dans un environnement confortable et convivial. Dans ce poste, vous devrez :

  • Respecter toutes les procédures de test et adhérer strictement aux politiques de l'entreprise en faisant preuve de discernement

  • Enregistrer les candidats aux tests, vérifier leur identité et expliquer le processus d'examen

  • Surveiller les candidats pendant les tests

  • Résoudre les problèmes avec les services internes pour résoudre les problèmes techniques

  • Effectuer des tâches ménagères légères telles que passer l'aspirateur sur les sols et désinfecter les claviers après que chaque candidat a terminé son examen

  • Autres tâches assignees

Exigences en matière d'horaire

Notre candidat idéal fait preuve d'esprit d'équipe et est prêt à travailler selon différents horaires tous les jours, du lundi au samedi, de 30 h à 20 h. Le candidat doit être ouvert à un horaire flexible.

Il s'agit strictement d'un poste à temps partiel et le restera, 10 à 15 heures par semaine, avec la possibilité de travailler plus d'heures si nécessaire.

Les horaires sont disponibles au moins 2 semaines à l'avance.

Qualifications

  • Un diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent est requis

  • Au moins 1 an d'expérience en service à la clientèle est préférable

  • Une expérience de surveillance ou de surveillance d'examens est fortement préférée

  • Doit être flexible dans les heures et les jours de travail

  • Expérience de niveau débutant à intermédiaire dans Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et Outlook)

Responsibilities

The Test Administrator position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment. In this position, you will be required to:

  • Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment

  • Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process

  • Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing

  • Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues

  • Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination

  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule Requirements

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - b30 am and 8 pm. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling.

This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 10-15 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.

Schedules are available at least 2 weeks in advance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred

  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred

  • Must be flexible in work hours and days

  • Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and also escort candidates to and from testing room

  • Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation

  • Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices and see details from a distance
