English Language Learning Associate Digital Product Management Analyst in Mexico City, Mexico

Job Description:

Are you passionate about ensuring seamless administrative processes and maintaining positive client relations? We are seeking a skilled Digital product Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for opening test centers all over Mexico and Central America, overseeing the hiring and payment of external personnel participating in area projects, ensuring both efficiency and compliance with administrative protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely Monitoring and Payment: Oversee the hiring and payment process for external personnel involved in area projects, ensuring promptness and accuracy while adhering to administrative guidelines.

  • Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with both internal and external clients involved in administrative processes, ensuring alignment and timely updates.

  • Organizational Skills: *Demonstrate strong organizational and planning abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines autonomously when necessary.

  • Documentation Management: Manage the timely exchange of project-related documentation, including contracts, billing, and exam materials, to support smooth project operations.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and support decision-making processes.

  • Database Management: Handle databases tailored to team requirements, including maintaining the cost center repository and tracking key performance indicators for area projects.

  • Operational Support: Provide operational assistance in area projects, including English exam administrations and teacher training services in English language teaching.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Language Teaching or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in administrative roles or project management related to education.

  • Level of English of B2 minimum

  • Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
