Position: Lifeguard and Swimming Coach

Location: Army Foundation College, Harrogate

Hours: Full-time or part-time basis, covering weekdays, evenings, and Saturday mornings

Responsibilities:

• Supervise recreational swimming sessions for students and families of military personnel, ensuring safety and enjoyment.

• Teach basic swimming skills to 16 to 17-year-old students at the College, fostering confidence and proficiency in the water.

• Create a safe and engaging environment for all participants, promoting a love for swimming and aquatic activities.

Application Requirements:

Applicants must have NPLQ certification for Lifeguarding and coaching experience for Swimming Coaching. All candidates must undergo an enhanced disclosure through the DBS. This position is exempt from the provision of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
