Corporate Strategy & Technology Strategic Initiatives Analyst in Durham, North Carolina

We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Strategic Initiatives Analyst to provide vital support in day-to-day operations. In this role, you will work closely with our AI partners, assisting in various operational tasks while also having the opportunity to engage in AI research initiatives. We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of UI / UX Design & testing principles

  • Conduct research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences

  • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test the design concepts.

  • Collaborate with the AI team to understand and document business requirements

  • Monitor the performance of AI systems and report findings

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Maintain SharePoint sites and ensure information is up-to-date and organized

  • Document AI capabilities and updates for internal reference

  • Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of strategic initiatives

  • Engage in AI research projects alongside the Strategic Initiatives team

Skills & Abilities

  • Understanding of UI/UX principles as the foundation

  • Exceptional organizational skills coupled with meticulous documentation abilities

  • Detail Oriented

  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members

  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships within the team

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently

  • Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning autonomously

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar field preferred
