Strategic Initiatives Content Strategist

Description

We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Strategic Initiatives Content strategist to provide vital support in day-to-day operations.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to apply their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be involved in various strategic projects, helping to develop and implement a strategy behind the content generated by AI, including determining the most effective prompts to achieve desired content outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to craft clear, concise, and effective prompts that guide AI to produce desired outputs

  • Collaborate with the strategic initiatives team to understand and translate business requirements into structured prompt templates

  • Participate in project planning and execution, including writing, testing, and debugging

  • Curiosity and the ability to conduct research to find effective prompt strategies and understand domain-specific knowledge when needed.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to refine and adjust prompts for better results.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively, contributing through prompt writing techniques

Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, creative writing or a related field

  • Creative writing skills to generate diverse and imaginative content prompts

  • Creativity in approaching problems and generating innovative solutions.

  • Capability to troubleshoot issues with AI responses and iteratively refine prompts. Strong communication skills to explain prompt strategies and AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI technologies and methodologies.

  • Ability to keep up with the fast-paced evolution of AI and language models.
