Pearson Manager of Clinical Training in United States
The Clinical Assessment division is in search of a _ Manager of Clinical Training Services_ with experience developing new businesses and a strong understanding of clinical assessment practices. This role will contribute to visioning and executing the strategic direction of Pearson Clinical’s Training Business.
Provide leadership to Subject Matter Experts with advanced degrees in psychological and educational assessment.
Manage multiple Contractors and Part-time Employees who build training content and deliver consulting services.
Manage and streamline processes for the delivery of world-class training services.
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to nourish customer growth.
Review and approve training content to ensure clarity and consistency across offerings.
Advanced degree in Psychology, Speech Pathology, OT, or closely related field.
Experience managing direct reports.
Experience developing psychological instruments and/or training others in their use.
Doctorate degree in Psychology, Speech Pathology, OT, or closely related field.
Active practicing/professional license in Psychology, Speech Pathology, OT, or closely related field.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $100,000 - $105,000.
