Role Overview: As member of Customer Service Continuous Improvement team, the candidate will be helping to identify, quantify, and deliver technology and process enhancements with the goal of improving customer experience, reducing cost and improving customer retention.


  • Collect and compile data into high quality, meaningful reports

  • Present results from reports and projects to partners and management teams

  • Monitor and refine processes to improve quality of work and productivity

  • Research defects for root cause analysis and determine preventative actions

  • Learn key business processes for partner teams

  • Participate in and/or manage assigned programs and projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, or other relevant field

  • 4 years of related work experience

  • Extremely detail oriented

  • Effective organizational skills

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, vlookups, and logical statements

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Reporting, analytics, and process improvement experience

  • Experience leading initiatives and projects

  • Previous experience with building/managing e-commerce sites

  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

  • Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate significant insights

  • Ability to break down high-level features into tactical user-stories, assigning and tracking across multiple organizations

  • Comfortable working with remote Business/Leadership/Engineering teams

The anticipated starting salary range for ColoThrado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $70,000.00-$75,000.00. is position is not bonus eligible. Benefits available to eligible employees can be seen at:
