Business Development Manager (Corporate) – KSA

Location: Saudi Arabia

About the Role

Pearson is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our presence in the corporate training and upskilling sector in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. This role focuses on selling Pearson’s English learning programs, assessments, and workforce development solutions while building strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and industry bodies .

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

  • Own and achieve corporate sector sales targets in Saudi Arabia.

  • Develop and execute strategies for direct sales to corporates and partnerships with key stakeholders.

  • Strengthen Pearson’s visibility and network in the corporate learning ecosystem.

Market & Strategic Insights

  • Understand government initiatives and workforce development priorities in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.

  • Identify corporate sector needs in English learning, training, and upskilling for both government and private enterprises.

  • Provide market intelligence to shape Pearson’s corporate learning solutions.

Sales Tracking & CRM Management

  • Track and report sales performance by account and product using a consultative approach.

  • Ensure effective CRM usage , maintaining accurate data on key contacts and accounts.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

7–10 years of B2B sales experience in training, education, or workforce development.

Strong corporate and government sector relationships in Saudi Arabia.

Proven track record in institutional sales and consultative selling.

Experience with SaaS solutions or digital learning platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .

Entrepreneurial mindset , proactive approach, and ability to work independently.

Strong understanding of corporate decision-making and procurement processes .

Education & Technical Skills

Bachelor’s degree (required); MBA preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
