About the role: Corporate and Key Account Manager ELL
This position is critical to driving sales and achieving sales targets for Pearson English Language Learning (ELL) products and solutions in the corporate segment in Korea through finding new business prospects and new markets. A key responsibility will be to find, nurture and support new partners and new customers in the corporate segment towards success whilst delivering revenue targets for Pearson.

As the Corporate and Key Account Manager for ELL corporate sales in South Korea, you will be responsible for:
Finding and managing key partners in the corporate or adjacent sectors who will help us to develop new opportunities and deliver our goals.
Achieving maximum sales & market share growth of assessment and digital learning solutions for the corporate and adjacent segments from within the Pearson ELL portfolio.
Coordinating and leading the GTM activities for new product launches in the market.
Seeking out business partners and engaging with network groups, trade/career fairs, educational and professional associations, corporations, and institutions to drive new client acquisitions for ELL corporate solutions
Connecting with our existing customers to drive renewal and retention and to align their needs to the best possible solution.
Being the face of Pearson in the Korea corporate segment, influencing decision makers and being active in Social Media and professional networks to raise awareness of and trust in of Pearson ELL corporate customer solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Level of studies: Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Language proficiency: native fluency Korean, high fluency English (speaking and writing) equivalent to CEFR B2 / GSE 59
Proven experience in similar positions such as key account management, business development and sales in implementing strategic sales plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Evidence of strategic and tactical/consultative sales planning.
Extensive experience in lead generation and driving growth in the Korean market.
Experience related to assessment, talent acquisition, learning & development in the corporate sector highly preferable.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
