Pearson Inside Sales Assistant in India
Responsible for managing active Partner/Operations projects.
Documenting and organizing partner activities, engaging partners for timeline based activities
Managing partner relationships and working to achieve business goals within given deadlines.
Develop an understanding of Pearson VUE’s workflows and a detailed understanding of our policies
Assist in improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of partner activities
Be a change agent; use information gathered as part of the role to ensure that we have continual improvements
Inform, influence, support, and execute our product and service decisions
Track, analyze, influence, and communicate key metrics
Experience working and negotiating with external business partners and vendors
Strong quantitative abilities and intuition, exceptional analytical skills
Excellent project management ability, capable of leading multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Partner with key stakeholders across the business to answer questions from partners as needed
Working with reporting manager, prepare and deliver regular business reports, project reviews and updates to the partners
Communicating with partners, making outbound calls, following up on project activities, responding to potential partner queries
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to closure
