Pearson Inside Sales Assistant in India

  • Responsible for managing active Partner/Operations projects.

  • Documenting and organizing partner activities, engaging partners for timeline based activities

  • Managing partner relationships and working to achieve business goals within given deadlines.

  • Develop an understanding of Pearson VUE’s workflows and a detailed understanding of our policies

  • Assist in improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of partner activities

  • Be a change agent; use information gathered as part of the role to ensure that we have continual improvements

  • Inform, influence, support, and execute our product and service decisions

  • Track, analyze, influence, and communicate key metrics

  • Experience working and negotiating with external business partners and vendors

  • Strong quantitative abilities and intuition, exceptional analytical skills

  • Excellent project management ability, capable of leading multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to answer questions from partners as needed

  • Working with reporting manager, prepare and deliver regular business reports, project reviews and updates to the partners

  • Communicating with partners, making outbound calls, following up on project activities, responding to potential partner queries

  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to closure
