Face-to-face engagement with stakeholders at key account schools to:-

  1. Facilitate periodic interaction between key account stakeholders and key Pearson
  • Understand and scope needs in a consultative mode - Recommend solutions a per needs - Pre-empt customer needs and proactively address themstakeholders and leadership
  1. New/additional products, which can be sold into existing school relationships to be identified, and increase revenue and expand market share

  2. Build strong relationship and connect with the assigned key schools, explore avenues to increase share of wallet from existing key accounts

  3. Visiting new/ existing schools and demonstrating the right mix of products to the decision makers in school

  4. Ensure an in depth knowledge of the products and services offered by Pearson and undertake demonstration for customers or end users where appropriate artner with a Product Specialist to provide subject matter expertise to the decision makers in school: - Briefing product specialist about the customer and their needs and what products are required by the school - Creating an integrated solution demonstration along with the Product Special


  1. Excellent consultative selling skills
  • Graduate / MBA in sales and/or marketing.
  1. Strong pre and post sales customer service focus
    1. Good communication skills.
    1. Sound computer skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
    1. 1-3 years work experience for Territory Manager/ 3 – 5 years for Senior Territory Manager. Would also depend on the industry from where individual is being hired
