Pearson Associate Software Developer in India
The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day platform, participating in the agile development process for platform, minor development enhancements and defects, creating reports and dashboards (including performance analytics), and general support for the platform. This role will also be expected to develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and our configuration of it.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide level 2 support for all products, applications, and processes on the ServiceNow platform
Deploy development work (update sets, xml, plugins) to production while following the established change management process.
Assist with creating reports, metrics, and dashboards (including performance analytics).
General platform administration and support including 24x7 availability for critical production issues.
Monitor and support data imports and other integrations
Monitor essential data quality and escalate as needed
Supports all deployed capabilities (ITSM, HR, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, etc)
Assist in semi-annual platform upgrades and quarterly patching
Minimum 2 years of Admin experience on the ServiceNow Platform
Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
Experience working with ITSM and/or HR Service Delivery in ServiceNow
Familiarity with working in an Agile environment
Experience with Performance Analytics preferred
ITIL v4 Foundations certified preferred
