Pearson Sales Executive (K12) in Hong Kong

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for sales targets to expand the business opportunities and demand generation

  • Manage and coach the Sales Team to deliver professional presentation and maintain quality customer relationship

  • Manage escalated customer situations in order to preserve the long-term relationship

  • Liaise with other internal functional teams (Portfolio Management, Content, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless service process provided

  • Accountable for sales and forecast reports

  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in any disciplines

  • 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years management experience, preferably in education sector

  • Less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager

  • Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated, positive and resilient

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
