Pearson Sales Executive (K12) in Hong Kong
Main Responsibilities
Lead the Sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets
Develop and execute a strategic plan for sales targets to expand the business opportunities and demand generation
Manage and coach the Sales Team to deliver professional presentation and maintain quality customer relationship
Manage escalated customer situations in order to preserve the long-term relationship
Liaise with other internal functional teams (Portfolio Management, Content, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless service process provided
Accountable for sales and forecast reports
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Undergraduate degree in any disciplines
10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years management experience, preferably in education sector
Less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager
Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, positive and resilient
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
