About the role: Are you passionate about Security and Privacy and eager to be part of an exciting venture? We are thrilled to announce a great opportunity to join our team as a Senior Security & Privacy Manager. You will be responsible for end to end Security & Privacy for ELL Division, including the implementation of security tools, policies and procedures in alignment with CISO & DPO strategies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with the CISO office to align on the Enterprise Security strategy and priorities

  • Partner with the DPO office to align on the Enterprise Privacy and Compliance strategy and priorities

  • Identifying, evaluating, and managing security risks to prevent potential threats for ELL.

  • Accountable for all Security & Privacy work happening in ELL, defining the strategy and planning the roadmap of security & privacy initiatives.

  • Influence the work of engineers in a matrix organization to help development teams to embed security measures in ELL applications by providing solutions

  • Drive DevSecOps mindset, CI/CD pipelines in ELL

  • Drive adoption of security and privacy policies and procedures across ELL products

  • Drive security and privacy trainings and awareness across the ELL Division

  • Work with the CISO office in coordinating & responding to security incidents; and work with all relevant parties until remediation

  • Conducting regular security & privacy audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose corrective actions.

  • Lead the incident response to security incidents and coordinate with all relevant parties until remediation.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Most important skill: self-drive, proactiveness, and passion. We are building a vibrant team and these attributes are essential!

  • Proven experience in Security and Privacy Management.

  • Knowledge of security technologies, tools and best practices.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP)) preferred.

  • Real experience of Agile development.

  • Experience managing teams

  • Leadership and Communication skills, being able to elevate the work to senior management and influence senior stakeholders.
