Pearson Senior Sales Operations Analyst in China

Job Purpose

根据业务发展趋势,定期做经营分析,从产品纬度、行业维度、客户维度对整体的业务进行分析,及时发现问题进行预警,并提出解决办法。

Main Responsibilities

  • 深入理解业务战略意图和策略打法,敏锐洞察业务和客户痛点,结合内外部数据及定性定量分析方法,为业务发展提供可落地的数据分析建议;

  • 打造销售运营数据分析框架,定其输出运营月度、周、日报告,进行各行业KPI指标数据统计、变化趋势分析、日常监控,为企业运营提供决策依据;

  • 构建并维护全面的、准确的、能反映测评业务线特征的整体指标体系,并给予日常指标监控,及时发现并定位业务问题,并牵头钻研分析,寻找原因和解决方案;

  • 对销售中存在的问题点、困难点,与商分团队合作给出数据支持、分析报告建议、问题解决方案;对重要节点或特殊节点业务消耗的变化进行专门的研究并形成分析报告;

  • 与商分团队合作构建各种分析和预测模型,通过跟踪和监控重点数据,发现潜在的缺陷与机会,为业务决策提供数据支撑。

Job Requirements

  • 本科学历及以上,至少3年以上运营分析实战经验,行业不限,有0到1的搭建经验优先;

  • 良好的数据敏感度、沟通力以及分析力;

  • 英语沟通流畅优先;

  • 有丰富的跨团队、部门的项目资源整合能力,能够独立开展项目研究、有较强的逻辑思维能力及抗压能力。
