As a Senior Digital Sales, you’ll be responsible for:
Achieve the assigned digital sales target for PTE Academic in Greater China
Build up membership sales and communication strategy (on WeChat mini program, WeChat group, etc.)
Collaborate with team to attract a growing member base from digital channels
Optimize digital sales plan to support member recruitment, engagement and conversion
Develop CRM and content calendar, and ensure high quality execution
Responsible for the membership mini program development and optimization
Work with analyst team to continuously analyze and optimize digital sales performance
Support online and offline sales campaign execution
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
2-4 years of experience in CRM, e-commerce, or digital sales preferred, less experienced candidate can be considered for the Digital Sales Role
Good command of the English language
Experience in developing CRM app or mini program preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Strong ownership and proactive; could deliver results under pressure and limited resources
Highly self-motivated and good team player
Can do business travel (20%)
