岗位目标:

该职位的目的是推动培生大中华市场的PTE学术英语考试业务增长,同时支持区域销售团队完成业绩指标。

该职位需要与留学中介机构、出国语培机构和国际化学校建立联系,让这些影响学生选择出国留学考试的关键合作伙伴了解和认可PTE学术英语考试,并联动在中国市场推广PTE学术英语考试,提高考试考量。该岗位还需要与区域销售团队一起开发及管理客户,以支持区域销售团队实现业绩指标。

主要工作职责:

  • 通过B2B活动(行业论坛活动、官方教师培训活动等)拓展影响留学中介机构、出国语培机构和国际化学校等关键合作伙伴,建立并维护紧密的合作关系,并联动在中国市场推广PTE学术英语考试;

  • 挖掘留学中介机构、语培机构和国际化学校等关键合作伙伴的需求,协助团队及上级制定合作解决方案,积极促成新的合作契机;

  • 对业务线全年销售指标负责,通过活动和商务拓展开拓新的销售合作机会,支持区域销售团队完成销售目标;

  • 使用CRM来跟踪新开拓客户的产出,能利用数据分析来完善和优化活动设计及客户管理;

  • 代表培生PTE考试官方出席参加行业活动和会议;

岗位要求:

  • 大学本科及以上学历

  • 有丰富的国际教育行业从业经验,了解中介机构、语培机构、国际学校及高校的需求

  • 具有国际教育行业的商务拓展经验

  • 有B2B营销活动的设计和执行经验为佳

  • 较强的人际交往和沟通能力

  • 较强的组织能力,能够管理和优先处理多项任务

  • 高自我驱动力和良好的团队合作精神
