Director, Pearson Online Academy Recruitment and Enrollment

Reports to the VP, Enrollment and Customer Engagement and is responsible for the stewardship of families and the financial resources of the academy, in accordance with OBL policies and procedures.  This role will have the responsibility for leadership of the enrollment staff and will work closely with the key enterprise level stakeholders to drive continued and sustainable growth.

Focused on increasing enrollment, completion, retention, and student success by collaborating with Enrollment Solutions and Training teams to achieve strategic plan mission vision and goals and build new and varied employer and community outreach and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Create and execute on strategic plans that drive growth beyond our initial footprint, manage details with big picture priorities, set best practices and expectations for our customers and team, and roll up your sleeves to personally drive key accounts.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing enterprise strategy and financials to leverage insights and develop effective growth strategies as part of an annual account plan.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Provide insight into the views of prospects and new customers for purposes of product and service development, analysis, and strategic planning.

  • Lead and develop a high performing team that sets the standard for customer experience and account expansion.

  • Simplify and lead performance optimization efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of contact and lead development strategy

  • Collaborate with peers and senior leaders across Online Blended Learning and Pearson in the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of Pearson Online Academy’s enrollment engagement strategy aimed at ensuring prospects receive the highest quality service and experience.
