*Quem procuramos: *

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to lead our Franchises Digital Product Strategy Team. Reporting to the Product Director you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Digital products that enhance our Franchise learner experience across LATAM. You will work cross-functionally with the product content strategy team, technology team, marketing and sales team to define the strategy, roadmap, and launch key products in the market. The ideal candidate should be an independent, collaborative, solution-oriented performer, skilled and experienced with using data to drive growth and easily quantifiable business outcomes. Must have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape in LATAM.

  • Drive the prioritization of the Digital Portfolio for Franchises (including Wizard and Yazigi brands) aligned to the business goals

  • Lead on the Franchises digital product transformation for LATAM

  • Launch new digital products at sales events alongside sales teams

  • Accountable for ensuring delivery of the products within timeline and budget. Ensure strong governance practices are in place for project to highlight success and manage risk to delivery. Responsible for communication of development progress to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Create the overall product strategy using the product lifecycle methodology and agile best practices to prioritize feature backlog

  • Work with customer research and sales teams to understand and articulate customer needs and collate problems into jobs to be done.

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development

  • Execute product strategy in collaboration with technology, engineering, content development, UX/UI to set clear requirements around capabilities and content required for the product as well as truly excellent user experience.

  • Partner with the tech team, engineers and vendors to guide proper feature development

  • Perform quantitative analysis on feature performance and find opportunities for optimization

  • Build business cases and lead the creation of the commercialization strategy and collaborate with finance, marketing, and others to develop pricing and promotion plans. Deeply understand customer behavior and revenue/cost drivers as it relates to the overall portfolio profitability.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and market development to develop strategies and execute tactics to drive product adoption and success. Collaborate on development of campaigns to attract and retain customers

  • Build strong relationships with leaders across Pearson

Para dar match com essa vaga, é importante que você tenha:

  • Degree or equivalent preferred

  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) and at least intermediate Spanish a plus

  • 2+ years experience in Senior Product Management role in a Digital business

  • Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market, through various sales channels

  • Experience in working with digital products and platforms required, ideally combined with experience in agile product management

  • Demonstrable professional experience in working with corporate customers

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and long-term opportunities with operational focus

  • Strong customer empathy and ability to translate customer insights into winning product management strategies

  • Ability to develop and communicate vision and strategy to engage and excite the organization as well as customers

  • Relationship management skills and the ability to use them to drive value with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong commercial understanding: financially fluent and with a facility for data and its interpretation to commercial advantage

  • Persuasive negotiator and influencer

  • Robust decision making - based on evidence and data

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, competing priorities and a wide variety of cultures and market differences and is able to represent the company's interests externally

  • Enthusiastic, passionate and thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class experiences
