The successful candidate will support the School Assessment HR team with high volume temporary employment in our Scoring Services group.

Overall Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communications Center - Taking inbound phone calls, making outbound phone calls, monitoring communications, and sending mass e-mails.

  • HRIS – Assisting with data entry, maintaining database information, updating employee information and records.

  • Achieve a basic understanding of company policies

  • Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

  • Core work hours: 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday – During Temporary Peak season, must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require. This may include extended weekday hours and occasional weekend hours.

  • This position is a remote position, so a desktop or laptop computer is required, along with high-speed internet.

  • Ineligible for benefits

Colorado-based and Remote Roles, no bonus or AIP:

The anticipated starting salary for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $14.hr. This position is not bonus eligible. Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college or technical training preferred; or a combination of education and experience

  • Strong technical skills and/or experience with HRIS systems

  • Strong customer service skills; previous call center work a plus

Skills and Other Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills including data entry, email, spreadsheets, and databases; 50 wpm, strong Excel skills required

  • Adherence to confidentiality and nondisclosure requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate time-management in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills required

  • Positive demeanor and the ability to work well with others in providing excellent customer service is critical
