About the job

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be hands-on working end-to-end across campaign strategy, planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting. From collaborating with our design team, digital specialists, and wider business, to building ads and analysing campaign performance across channels, you’ll be a positive, creative, and data-driven marketer, eager to make an impact in our marketing mix with the aim of improving financial performance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Implement customer-focused multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and retention business goals, with support from digital specialists to deliver effective ROMI.

  • Continuously test, measure, report and improve performance across all channels.

  • Implementing A/B testing to continuously review best approach, changing creative, copy, format, etc. to improve ROI and performance

  • Optimise landing pages based on performance insights.

  • Recommend performance optimisations of PPC, paid social and affiliate campaigns while being confident to make changes.

  • Execute end-to-end campaigns through all phases of the campaign lifecycle, including some creative development, audience segmentation and targeting, campaign execution, tracking response, follow up, reporting, etc. using the full marketing mix

  • Work to define lead journeys for customer segments and create lead management and lead nurturing tactics.

  • Work on the production of high-quality marketing content, in all its forms for all channels and for all stages of the customer journey.

  • Help manage the performance marketing budget. Delivering all marketing activities to the highest quality, on time, within budget and meeting campaign KPIs and goals.

  • Work with the digital specialists to implement best in class digital campaigns

  • Work with the Design team to optimise and test creative approach

  • Collaborate with the web content & strategy experts to deliver website improvements

  • Feedback campaign performance and insights and collaborate with the Portfolio team on portfolio strategy

  • Collaborate with other marketing colleagues where projects may overlap, ensuring a clear consistent voice

  • Work closely with key internal teams, including sales, product, and digital teams, to align performance marketing KPIs with wider business and campaign objectives.

Essential skills, qualifications, and experience:

  • Multi-channel digital campaign management experience, including some budget management and ROI analysis.

  • Knowledge in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Driving marketing success from customer insights.

  • Have experience working with Pardot and Salesforce or similar marketing automation and CRM tools

  • Have a good understanding of paid media channels.

  • Passionate about performance marketing and curious about new strategies and channels to build a digitally engaged audience

  • Proactive and eager to learn attitude, with the capacity for independent initiative.

  • A passion for customer experience - reviewing products, customers and market dynamics and aligning these to connect the right prospect to the right product or service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple campaigns and projects at once.

  • Results-driven with the energy and resilience to make things happen

  • Commercial mindset

  • Able to seek support from managers in an effective and timely manner

This is hybrid role with a mix of office (Oxford) and remote working, flexible in line with individual circumstances
