Pearson Technical Support Administrator_ Internal IT in Noida, India

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Manage IT Helpdesk

  • Responsible to Manage/discard IT e waste as per government polices

  • Manage user accounts, Computers and Mobile devices over Azure AD.

  • Providing technical support to India and overseas employees for their technology related issues. (Windows, Mac OS, Mobile Device, User Account, cloud storage, E mail, O365, Software License)

  • Manage Active Directory, Group Polices, File server, Print Server.

  • Responsible to manage VERITAS Backup Server and DLO Agent

  • Keeping track of inventory in stock, inventory in use update data.

  • Coordinate with Vender for Hardware& Software for AMC Capex

  • Working with Departments Head for their IT related requirement (plan and Budget)

  • Responsible to Manage/discard IT e waste as per government polices

  • Providing technical support to India and overseas employees for their technology related issues. (Windows, Mac OS, Mobile Device, User Account, cloud storage, E mail on Google, Software License)

  • Manage Active Directory, Group Polices, File server, Print Server.

  • Responsible to manage Symantec Backup Server and DLO Agent

  • Keeping track of inventory in stock, inventory in use update data.

  • Coordinate with Vender for Hardware& Software for AMC

  • Support Servers Related Issue Local & Remote Delhi, Noida, Chennai, Chandigarh.

  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS Server, and Services Manage Servers (DEL2900,IBM,HP), Desktop, LAN equipment

  • Planning, Implementing and managing of Symantec Antivirus Corporate edition 10.2,11

  • Managing 300 domain users and Accounts, which include user and group accounts, group policy management in Windows 2003 environment

  • Planning and implementing backup strategy in case of network servers using Symantec Backup Exec 2010

  • Implementing Desktop and Laptop Backup Using Symantec DLO agent

  • Managing & Maintaining the Windows 2003 Terminal Server

  • Help remote users to fix software problem over phone and remote tools. Like Remote Desktop connection. Net Meeting.

  • Keeping track of inventory in stock, inventory in use update data.

  • Coordinate with Vender for Hardware& Software For AMC

  • Candidate should have worked on PC, Mac, Mobile devices, asset management, stake holder management, basic idea of SCCM, Symantec AV, Intune etc

Looking for candidates with 4 to 5 Years of experience.

BE, B-Tech , BCA or MCA or equivalent
