Corporate Finance Senior Business Analyst in Noida, India

Job title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Noida(remote)

Shift timing: 4 pm to 12 midnight IST

Overview

A Business systems and controls associate’s primary focus is building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with their business stakeholders. They serve as the primary liaison with Business Operations, and business systems solutioning teams; supporting new business growth, change and incident management, projects, and service request delivery. They drive stake holder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Systems

  • Builds strong relationships with business systems teams and business units.

  • Prime interface with business systems team and business stakeholders during outage and recovery management of all Severity 1 & 2 incidents (on call support 24x7 for Sev1).

  • Collate RCA & incident reports and distribute to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate change management requests/approvals with business systems and operations.

  • Address daily BAU systems issues/tickets that need escalation or resolution

  • Address stakeholder concerns in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Attend Daily/Weekly/Monthly BPO calls with Business system counterparts, followed by written minutes and actions.

  • Partner with transition manager during new business implementations to facilitate smooth turnover at “go live”.

  • Assist business system teams in understanding the Line of Business’s complexity, technology infrastructure, and long-term strategy.

  • Understand and communicate BPO systems issues and needs to internal stakeholders by leading and being an active participant in operations meetings.

  • Deliver business system initiatives in a timely manner.

  • Ensure technology SLAs are met.

  • Perform any other duties and/or other special projects as required to support the team.

  • Financial Controls

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly reviews of the financial controls.

  • Coordinate with Stakeholders & owners of financial controls to complete the controls assigned to them.

  • Track completion of controls.

  • Escalate any controls that have not been completed.

  • Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field from a four-year university or college preferred.

  • Proven service delivery management or other relevant business systems experience (min 5-8 years)

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skill (English)

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented business environment.

  • Expert ability to handle conflict resolution.

  • Ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization
