Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure all SLAs are met with strict adherence to SOPs
Serve as the link of communication between Key Clients, Internal teams and Partners
Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
Conduct Periodic Reviews with all Stake Holders and Partners
Structured Meetings with Clients at different Levels
Create reports for the Leadership Team and Clients
Research and source new potential clients
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Requirements
Proven experience as key account manager
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Aptitude in networking and building relationships
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
Experience
- Between 5-10 years of experience, preferably with a stint in a Company engaged in Assessments /Testing/HR Consulting/Training/ with pan-India operations.
Education Qualifications
- Post-Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute
