About the role

Our Project Coordinators are at the heart of Pearson VUE, and they support our Project Managers in delivering tests for both current and upcoming event testing clients. This role also supports and assists students’ pre- assessment through basic technical troubleshooting, registration and documentation completion.

Major Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with selected testing sites for various tasks including receiving required documents, audits, equipment dispatch, installation, training, and invoicing.

  • Provide support to candidates and test centers during event testing by managing email queries and handling phone calls.

  • Coordinate with different teams within Pearson VUE to ensure smooth functioning of events.

  • Generate project-specific reports and collate learnings and recommendations post-event.

  • Completion of reports and other agreed activities may be required on weekends from home.

  • Establishment of a PC desk with a shared phone number for coordination across internal functions, test centers, and clients' points of contact for issue escalation.

  • Configuration of all relevant mailboxes onto the PC's email ID to handle candidate-related transactions based on ongoing projects.

This Position will involve :

  • Working hours: 8 am to 8 pm, 6 days a week with rotational offs. On call availability over the phone between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm for urgent requirements.

  • Job Location: Noida (Work from office)

  • Job Type: Contractual for 1-2 months (Depends on the Interview)

  • Job Timings: Rotational 9-hour shifts between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

  • Workdays: 6 days a week with 1 rotational day off

About You

The Project Coordinator always puts the customer first and is passionate about great customer service, in addition we require:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with active listening skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitasking.

  • Effective time management skills

  • Basic technical knowledge of Web Camera Setting, microphone settings, browser settings, checking System Configuration.
