ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting - Monthly spend / savings report of the vendor for trend analysis
Contract Management – Execute and maintaining MSA’s / agreements and amendments
Finance Governance Management - Schedule and structure financial governance cadence with key vendors
Financial Audits - Perform financial audits on vendor reported savings to validate adherence to Agreement terms.
Spot check with business stakeholders to ensure compliance of PO/Invoice with Agreement terms
Flag service lines that fall outside the scope of contract remit to minimize ratio of qualified and unqualified spend.
Coordinate with content services centre (CSC) team and vendor to update new service lines in the MSA / agreement.
Support cost saving opportunities through robust financial governance and innovative sourcing models
Maintain and track order pipeline and invoice records of contracted vendors to forecast savings
Escalate issues and risks faced by business teams in a timely manner
Flexibility to take on additional challenges and work with stakeholders across multiple time zones
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
Expertise in business planning, financials, and project management
Excellent presentation skills
Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving ability
Outstanding written communication skills
Strategic thinking ability
4+ years of post-qualification work experience in procurement / vendor management or related field
Experience of doing financial audits of vendor spend/invoices shall be an added advantage
Experience in contract management
Flexibility to adopt to changing organization needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a global corporate environment within a matrix management structure is desirable.
Post graduate qualifications (MBA/PGDBA/Masters) or professional certifications is desirable
International travel required
