Pearson Business Development Analyst in Noida, India


  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  • Assisting the organization in acquiring new customers.

  • Drive the key Vendors and Partners to ensure the delivery of services as per the Client requirements

  • Ensure all SLAs are met with strict adherence to SOPs

  • Serve as the link of communication between Key Clients, Internal teams and Partners

  • Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way

  • Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on all services

  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics

  • Conduct Periodic Reviews with all Stake Holders and Partners

  • Structured Meetings with Clients at different Levels

  • Create reports for the Leadership Team and Clients

  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

  • Research and source new potential clients

  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships


  • Proven experience as key account manager

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

  • Aptitude in networking and building relationships

  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines


  • Between 3-8 years of experience, preferably with a stint in a Company engaged in Assessments /Testing/HR Consulting/Training/ with pan-India operations.

Education Qualifications

  • Post-Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute
