Your Opportunity

  • Responsible for the Asia Pacific region

PVTC Selects are independently-owned Pearson VUE Authorized Centres that have been carefully selected for their quality, service and amenities, which is upgraded to incorporate advanced security and surveillance technology. The Manager is responsible for supporting our PVTC Select centre operations and stakeholder relationships.

In your role as Manager, you will work closely with teams of global colleagues including Channel Sales & Operations, Quality, Security and Channel Partners. It will be your responsibility to support our Selects partners through their application/upgrade and ensure the new installation process is completed compliantly and efficiently. We want to build strong relationships with our partners and suppliers therefore you will offer ongoing support and excellent customer service.

By understanding our clients’ test/examination needs, you will work with Selects partners to plan for and make capacity estimations to ensure cost-effective operations and deliver the required availability in our testing centres. As Manager, you will also need to understand and follow our security and compliance processes along with the Selects partners’ contractual terms and ensure all required agreements are fulfilled.

You will need excellent communication skills and be confident to interact with global teams to ensure a streamlined workflow which will ensure an accurate, effective and efficient process in maintaining high-quality Select Channel service across the Asia Pacific region.

Our Successful Candidate

We are looking for a passionate, experience professional who can communicate fluently in both English and Indian language. Ideally you will be educated to degree/graduate level and have established experience working in operations / relationship / account management. You will be confident engaging with different types of people, analysing data to forecast and plan operations effectively and taking responsibility to deliver an excellent service to our internal and external stakeholders.
