Training Administrator

The Training Administrator will play a key role in the scheduling of training offerings. This position requires outstanding planning and organizational skills, as well as time leadership and effective communication. The Training Administrator is central “command unit” for scheduling and keeping planned trainings up to date. The Training Administrator will be part of a creative and growing team of highly skilled professionals who are enthusiastic about working with each other and our customers.
Overall Functions and Responsibilities
Manage scheduling tasks from start to finish (e.g., confirm trainer availability, send training confirmations to CX and Sales)
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of various training offerings
Liaise and coordinate training events with multiple parties, internal and external
Maintain the integrity of customers’ and trainers’ scheduling records
Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur in alignment with company policies
Maintain excellent records
Keep training calendars up to date
Prepare monthly training reports for leadership
Recognize training revenue using Oracle
Create and manage training Service Agreements
Work across multiple teams
Qualifications - Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience using Oracle databases
Demonstrated ability to work across many teams
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to work remotely from a home office setting
Qualifications – Preferred
Knowledge of clinical assessment terminology
3+ years’ experience managing schedules or events
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Pearson provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $18.70 - $25.00. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.
