Act as an interlocutor between local and global teams.
Support sales teams to improve and facilitate sales.
Provide support in the pricing, reporting and Sales Incentive Plan processes.
Build meaningful relationships with internal areas to verify and solve problems to increase sales, acting as a Business Partner.
Evaluate and optimize processes, controls and indicators that help decision making and support sales channels.
Manage multi-country portfolios, price flows and sales forecasts.
Be a regional champion and provide L1 support to sales teams in business tools (Salesforce and Tableau).
Support the Human Resources and Sales teams with the management of the Sales Incentive Program.
Manage and support the execution in the development of strategic projects.
Support management by providing analysis, giving opinions and producing strategic ideas and recommendations.
Complete higher education.
Advanced English level.
Intermediate Portuguese (desirable).
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
Ease of dealing with large volumes of data and extracting relevant analysis and insights.
Experience with project management.
Ability to work remotely efficiently.
2/5 years experience in similar positions.
