We are looking for a Team Leaderto provide operational leadership and to manage the daily performance and productivity of a team of Enrolment Advisors within a growing outbound call centre.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide operational leadership, coaching and daily performance management of an inbound/ outbound student enrolment call centre.

  • Achieve team annual and teaching period enrolment targets while maintaining a commitment to the ideal student experience

  • Conduct performance analysis consistently to understand trends, issues, opportunities and adjust operational effectiveness plan accordingly.

  • Working with internal and external training resources to build and enhance current sales, support and engagement methods

  • Have effective, proactive and professional communication with the University partners at all times

Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership role within a successful outbound sales call-centre environment

  • A strong sales focus with experience in lead generation, sales processes and general selling principles

  • Extensive experience in a service delivery role

  • Experience recruiting, on-boarding and training large volumes of new team members

  • Knowledge of, or experience in, developing customer/student-centric improvements

  • Proficiency with office tools including Microsoft and Google applications
