We have an opportunity for an engaging, flexible and collaborative professional to join Digital Learning and Innovation. Digital Learning and Innovation team sits within University Partnerships and supports both university partners and other clients as they move into, or expand their digital learning offerings.

You will apply your experience in project managing the development of online learning for the University or TAFE sector to our university and corporate client projects. Working on medium-large projects, you will be responsible for tasks such as creating and managing project plans, risk management, tracking activities against milestones and providing regular reporting to both internal and external key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing digital learning projects in the post-compulsory education sector.

  • A diploma of higher qualification in project management. Equivalent years of successful work experience in Project Management in a digital learning environment will be considered.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of different project management methodologies and principles, including both waterfall and Agile methods.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management methodologies relevant to the creation of digital learning, including ADDIE and SAM

  • Strong analytical, logic and problem –solving skills for analysing and identifying issues, and proposing solutions.

  • Ability to transform complex bodies of information into professionally designed and effective reports and dashboards.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple, complex projects within (sometimes aggressive) time frames, to multi-task and continually prioritise changing project tasks / deliverables, and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, managers and other stakeholders, and collaborate both in person and long distance.
