Your Opportunity

At Pearson VUE we have a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working and ambitious Project Coordinator to join our busy Content Development team in Melbourne. You will report to the Content Development Team Manager and provide ongoing support to allow colleagues to achieve deadlines and deliver projects on time, every time.

The primary responsibility of your role is the timely completion of detailed quality control tasks, ensuring that all the exams we create are free of errors and meet the content and functionality specifications required by our clients. As Coordinator, you will prepare for and facilitate team meetings and collect data for reporting and analysis.

In this interesting role you will work closely with Content Developers / Editors to understand client needs, projects, deadlines and objectives. You will assist with recruiting skilled, qualified Subject Matter Experts from the external market to help build, develop and maintain item banks and exam question databases.
