At Pearson VUE we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to join us where you’ll bring your expertise to build and implement robust project plans and operations to ensure successful tracking and delivery against an important new project.
In response to winning new business that requires an aggressive implementation timeline, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Exam Delivery Team in the research, development, coordination and follow up on project objectives. You will report to the Director, Test Administration Solutions and work closely with colleagues to develop tools and successfully deliver against our Test Centre implementation project plan.You will be involved in researching solutions and troubleshooting issues, communicating concerns and suggesting new solutions. You will also facilitate the ongoing tracking of updates and reporting on project performance against timelines.
Stakeholder engagement is key and in this this global project you will be in involved in negotiations with external vendors and agencies from various fields and ensure careful coordination of activities across our internal teams.You will bring your expertise and ensure that project requirements are planned for and are appropriately implemented in all associated Testing venues. You will support the Exam Delivery Managers in ensuring that client satisfaction levels are achieved to a high standard and issues are recognised, documented and resolved.
Other responsibilities of the role include developing reports and sharing updates, invoice and data collection, working to set timelines, deadlines and negotiating priorities.You will enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders across Pearson global teams and external suppliers.Naturally, we will rely on you to provide effective, comprehensive communication and reporting through the project lifecycle.
