Pearson VUE is looking to hire an experienced Program Manager to build exceptional client relationships and build strong partnerships with our customers. You will be leading on the delivery of online assessments/exams and you’ll manage and improve our operations by partnering with internal stakeholders. You will typically have a diverse client portfolio of online assessments, formal examinations and certification programs to manage which range in size, complexity and timelines.
You will work with a high level of independence and autonomy as the single key point of contact collaborating with our global colleagues across diverse internal departments, ensuring first-class service is consistently delivered and meeting our clients’ objectives as priority. It is essential that you are skilled in understanding and achieving the exact project needs of their business. Acting as Partner to our customers, you will create strategies, agree timelines and clarify project objectives and deliverables, ensuring all appropriate internal stakeholders are updated and engaged. You will be a strong communicator with exceptional account management, project management and relationship-building skills.
We are looking for a driven, motivated and ambitious Program Manager with strong problem-solving, listening and influencing skills. You will have established experience in the identification, assessment and management of project risks, which could result in time or financial costs, over-runs, or failure to deliver products to specification.
Reporting to the Vice President, this is a very exciting and hands-on role that requires commercial awareness and a solid operational mind. Naturally, you will be a passionate ambassador for Pearson VUE and strive for continuous improvement by completing program reviews, obtaining feedback and analysing lessons learned.
