The Head of Change Implementation is responsible for establishing and managing a range of key internal and external partnerships, overseeing and enabling new programs and developing comprehensive launch project plans. Working across functional teams within University Partnerships, and the broader Pearson business, you will provide insight and leadership on improved practice for ongoing launch activities to define a strong commercial basis, clear outcomes and impact for the change.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of Change Implementation plans

  • Developing comprehensive launch project plans and delivering on launch contributions

  • Managing key internal and external partnerships

  • Lead workforce planning and organisational development

  • The coordination, development and distribution of program documentation

  • Design and develop University Partnerships’ Quality Management System ensuring all processes and procedures are documented and aligned to the training and development strategy

  • Oversee the training and development strategy and implementation plan across the University Partnerships team

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Project or Program Management or related field

  • A demonstrated track record of leading organisational change and transformation with a high level expertise in the areas of change management, quality management and project management is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and delivery of business outcomes through strong organisational influence and leadership abilities.

  • Proven ability to think strategically but also be hands on at a working level

  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and management with a strong ability to build trust, and strong working relationships.

  • Strong Oral and Written communication skills

  • Experience working in the higher education industry is preferred but not essential.
