The role:

We are seeking an Exam Delivery Coordinator for a 9 month fixed term contract based in stunning, heritage-listed offices in Melbourne's Docklands. You have everything at your door step, not to mention the easy 2 minute walk from Southern Cross Station.

You will be responsible for supporting the Exam Delivery Manager in the development, implementation and on-going management of unique test delivery solutions.

This role will report to the Exam Delivery Manager and will help establish and maintain testing venues throughout the world with a concentrated focus in Australia and New Zealand. It is the responsibility of the Exam Delivery Coordinator to ensure that client program requirements are planned for and are appropriately implemented in all associated testing venues. This role is also involved in ensuring that quality and security requirements are met and that process improvements and increased efficiencies are identified.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Supporting and implementing global testing venues multiple times per year

  • Support the Exam Delivery Manager in ensuring that client satisfaction levels are achieved to a high standard and issues are recognised, documented and resolved

  • Liaising with the wider team, and agencies where appropriate, to help deliver successful testing events in locations around the world

  • Work with the team to ensure adequate capacity is provided for test events and assist to develop contingency plans for each event

  • Develop strong relationships with wider Pearson colleagues to maximise effectiveness of testing event coordination

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with coordinating a range of event types and/or projects

  • Enthusiastic, energetic team player who has the ability to work on their own, whilst possessing the ability to seek assistance and/or escalate concerns when required

  • Degree educated or equivalent

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple tasks to meet deadlines

  • Outstanding customer service with the ability to exceed customer expectations

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral

  • Fully familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, Google Docs and associated packages

  • Demonstrated experience working with Excel - intermediate to advanced skills

  • Ideally you will have experience coordinating logistics associated with exam delivery

  • Invoicing and budget coordination desired

  • International work experience and cultural awareness preferred

  • Ability to physically support manual handling of equipment if required
