Pearson Enrolment Advisor in Melbourne, Australia

About the role: We are currently looking for warm and engaging individuals to join our team.

As an Enrolment advisor you will work with warm leads in an outbound phone-based role. By building relationships with these students, you will help identify their learning needs and give them the best shot at achieving their dream of being accepted into a course. You will be responsible for supporting our prospective students through their course application and enrolment process.

Skills & Experience :

  • Responsible for growing new student enrolments with our University Partners

  • Qualify and offer solutions based on prospects individual needs and goals

  • Advise the prospective student through the application and admissions process with the objective of determining if the program is a fit for their goals

  • Building relationships with prospective students from the initial enquiry stage right through to becoming an enrolled student

  • Ensure lead management KPIs (key performance indicators) are achieved, and CRM is up to date

What you will ideally have:

  • Excellent customer service with a natural ability to relate to a broad range of prospective learners from all ages of a variety backgrounds.

  • Prior experience in similar positions such as call centre, retail, customer service, sales, or recruitment.

  • Confident verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail and quality

  • Monday to Thursday - the ability to work rostered 8 hour shifts between the hours of 9 am to 9pm (mid to late shifts are generally once a week). Fridays are 9am – 5pm
