Reporting directly to the Digital Product Manager, this role will play an integral part in supporting and guiding our customers post purchase through initial set up, encouraging engagement and usage and onto successful retention.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build trusted relationships with allocated customers

  • Early identification and remediation of issues with digital services

  • Subject matter expert for customers around support for our digital platforms

  • Reporting and analysis of customer engagement and retention


  • Solid commercial experience providing support for a digital platform

  • Experience of working within a customer services environment will be highly regarded

  • Digitally savvy

  • Target orientated – able to meet engagement, retention and renewal targets
