Pearson Australia is looking for Digital Success Specialists (Fixed Term Contract Until April 2021) to provide Schools customers a first class customer journey through our digital services, supporting and guiding them from purchase, through initial set up, encouraging engagement and usage and onto successful retention. They will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and will serve as an escalation point. The Digital Success Specialist will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other customer facing personnel in the Sales and Customer Services teams.

You will be responsible for resolving customer support issues for our key customers and provide proactive support to customers that are using or purchasing Pearson digital products.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in customer service or support roles, with the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office

  • Experience working in a customer service or technical support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
