Digital Content Marketing Manager
Driving the strategic development and execution of Content to achieve funnel conversion targets. Collaborating with Performance Media to execute a content led always on approach across digital mediums including owned and paid channels to support the Pearson APAC objectives.
Ultimately, the goal is to integrate a strong mix of content marketing and digital expertise to drive a cohesive always on funnel - unifying the customer journey and delivering positive ROI for e-commerce, demand generation and channel enablement.
Working closely with the Digital team, campaigns and external agencies, wider Pearson Marketing team and other business units to deliver, optimise and measure content led always on and campaign specific content marketing initiatives. At this capacity, the Digital Content Marketing Manager is tasked to complete all other duties as required.
Drive, manage and deliver content marketing initiatives to optimise a cohesive funnel approach from awareness, consideration and conversion.
Create, implement and coordinate content and communications including writing/optimising a range of compelling stories, articles, case studies, blogs, web content and other relevant assets to be used based on the fundamentals of SEO and SEM.
Work collaboratively with the Performance team and agencies, to lead and execute owned and paid content marketing strategies and tactics to support growth.
Provide analysis and content reports generating insights and recommendations to enable further optimisation initiatives to drive conversion and also inform wider marketing decisions.
With strong stakeholder engagement skills, you will engage with multiple stakeholders across Marketing and the wider business to ensure alignment with the business objectives
Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimisation tactics that consistently improve content conversion goals and efficiencies.
Experience in high performing Copy writing and/or communications teams
Digital Media expertise is key for this role
Ideally at least 5 years working in Communications and Digital Marketing execution.
Proven level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
Proven ability to drive Content through a marketing funnel, via relevant media channels and successfully reporting on return on investment
