Our University Partnerships team collaborates with some of Australia’s top universities to design, create and manage online courses. This is your opportunity to shape quality student experiences and help learners achieve their desired career outcomes.

As a graduate, you have personal experience and understand the exciting journey of learning through; enrolling, studying and graduating at University. This will give you a natural ability to relate to prospective and current students as well as understand what we as a business do.

As we will have multiple opportunities available in the near future we are looking to engage with candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to use consultative sales techniques to successfully qualify and offer solutions based on students’ needs and goals.

  • Passionate about building relationships with prospective students from the initial enquiry stage through to becoming an enrolled student.

  • Possess customer service and coaching skills to identify the needs, interests and motivations of students

  • Ability to provide dedicated guidance and support to students in their progression during course programmes and assist with the application/enrolment process

  • Desire to enhance the overall student experience from enrolment through to graduation.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute as a member of a high performing team

  • Excellent communication skills with emphasis on listening, influencing and the ability to value add

  • Customer focused with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Strong multi-tasking & problem solving skills

  • General knowledge of Higher Education (preferable)
