Customer Service Advisor [Expression of Interest]

Description

Pearson University Partnerships collaborate with some of Australia’s top universities to design, create and manage online courses. Our team include research, marketing through to curriculum design, academic services and student services.

We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals who would like to work in a call centre environment while shaping quality student experiences and helping learners achieve their desired career outcomes;

We have upcoming opportunities for the below positions;

Enrolment Advisor(s)

Using your consultative sales techniques you will successfully qualify and offer solutions

based on their individual needs and goals. You will enjoy building relationships with prospective students from the initial enquiry stage through to becoming an enrolled student.

Student Success Advisor(s)

As a Student Success Advisor you will use your customer service and coaching skills to identify the needs, interests and motivations of students to provide dedicated guidance and support as they begin their qualification; Co-ordinate student progression during course programme and assist with application/enrolment process for ongoing further study by managing the students experience from enrolment through to graduation.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer/sales service position or call centre sales environment is essential for this position.

  • Excellent customer service and having confidence interacting with peoples from all ages of a variety backgrounds

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail and quality in your written communication, including both email and live chat.

  • Prior experience of higher education and/or university admissions and recruitment would be advantageous, or recent university study to be able to talk from your own studying experience.
