Pearson are seeking a Program Coordinator for an 6 month contract to support the TEP PROGRAM team deliver the Enabling Program. The person will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the program team in the set up and maintenance of all activities required in the program specifically that of Risk and Issue Management, Reporting, Recruitment, Governance and Assurance activities.

The role will report to the TEP PROGRAM Manager, and will work closely with other members of the PROGRAM team, Project Managers and Program Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for running the risks and issue management process on a weekly basis using Smartsheets, a cloud based platform as a tool

  • Assist Project Managers in the best use of TEP project management tools and processes

  • Provide a high quality, user friendly Program specific document management system and ensure adherence to it

  • Maintaining and producing regular and ad-hoc reporting for resource utilisation, projects and KPI’s

  • Responsible for coordinating inputs from the team in preparation for the weekly Program Leadership Status Report meeting

  • Responsible for ensuring correct templates are used for program configuration management

Qualifications

You will ideally be an established Project/Program Coordinator with previous experience in working within a program environment, and hold a proven track record in project administration and coordination which will include the ability to manage a complex workload from multiple project teams and multiple requests for support and guidance.
